Tandy is a gummy brand with added benefits and guilt free snacking.
Their current packaging looked too kid-like and busy. To grab the atttention of their grownup audience, the goal was to create a playful yet sophisticated design that can stand out from a sea of competitors in the candy aisle.
Highlighting the juicy appetizing gummy shapes inside the pouches added color and interest to the packaging but at the same time served as a more informative tool for shoppers to see what is inside.
I customized a “warped” effect for each product name to create a unique “own-able” logo for each sku. The playful and unique product names worked as a brand blocking tool when they are lined up on shelves. Re-organizing and pairing up key information/benefits on the FOP cleaned up a previously busy design.
